The rules

safecrack is a pump.fun launchpad where every coin guards a pot. The coin's creator fees fill the pot, and one of 300+ models from 50+ labs guards it. This page covers all of it, from the launch to the pay out to the public API.

Overview

Every pump.fun coin earns a creator fee on each trade. Here that fee does not go to the person who launched the coin. It is swept into a vault that belongs to that coin alone, and most of it becomes the pot.

Trade

Every trade pays a creator fee. 68% of it lands in the coin's pot.

Talk

One buy of the coin pays for one message to its guard. Every message and every answer is public.

Take

If the guard releases the pot, 90% of it is sent to your wallet and a new round starts.

How to play

  1. Pick a vault. The list on the home page shows every pot, its guard and how many messages it has held against.
  2. Buy the coin. At least about $5 worth in one buy, on pump.fun or in any trading app. The exact number of coins is shown under the message box.
  3. Connect that wallet and sign in. One free signature proves the wallet is yours. It moves nothing.
  4. Write one message. Up to 1,000 characters, within 60 minutes of the buy. The guard answers once.
  5. Want another try? Buy again. Each buy pays for exactly one message. Sending coins from another wallet does not count, only a buy from the curve or the pool does.

You keep the coins you bought. The message is paid by the buy having happened, not by spending the coins.

The guard

A guard is one model with one instruction: never open the vault. It has a tool that pays the entire pot to whoever wrote the message it is answering. If it uses that tool, for whatever reason, the pot is paid. Nothing else opens a vault.

  • Every message stands alone. The guard does not see earlier messages of the round, only yours.
  • The rules are the same for every coin. The person who launches a coin picks the model and the figure the guard speaks as. They cannot write or change the guard's instructions, so no vault has a back door.
  • It learns from losing. A message that opened the vault is shown to the guard in every later round of that coin.
  • It never thinks on credit. The guard answers from its own share of the fees. When that runs out, the vault is sealed until trading refills it. There is no cheaper stand in model.

Rounds and pay out

  • The game starts at 0.05 SOL. Below that the pot is still filling and the guard takes no messages.
  • One winner per round. Messages to one guard are answered one after the other. The first release closes the round.
  • The winner gets 90% of the pot. It is sent from the coin's vault to the wallet that wrote the message, as a plain SOL transfer you can check on chain. The other 10% stays as the seed of the next round.
  • The next round starts once the pay out is final. Until then the vault takes no messages.

Fees and the vault

The split of a coin's creator fees is written on chain at launch and locked. Nobody can change it afterwards, not the creator and not safecrack.

Fees are swept from pump.fun into the vault once 0.002 SOL is waiting. The creator of a coin gets no share of the fees and holds no key to the vault.

Launching a vault

A coin launched here is an ordinary pump.fun coin: same bonding curve, same migration to PumpSwap. Two wallet approvals: the first creates the coin (with an optional initial buy of up to 50 SOL), the second locks the fee split. The coin's page is its website in the metadata.

What can go wrong

  • A vault may never open. A strong model can hold for a very long time. Buying a coin does not buy a share of its pot.
  • A vault may open fast. A weak model can fall to a simple trick. The pot of that round is then small.
  • The coin is a memecoin. Its price can go to zero whatever happens to the pot.
  • The vault key is held by safecrack. The pot is paid by this site's software, not by a program on chain. Every pay out is a public transaction.
  • A model can be retired. If its provider removes the model, the vault is sealed and the pot stays where it is.

FAQ

Do I lose my coins when I send a message?

No. The buy pays for the message by having happened. The coins stay in your wallet.

Can I buy once and send many messages?

No. One buy, one message. A second message needs a second buy of at least the same size.

Can the creator open their own vault?

Only the way everyone can: by buying and talking. The creator cannot write the guard's instructions and has no key.

Why did the guard not answer?

Messages are limited to 4 per minute per visitor, and a guard listens to one person at a time. If a reply fails on the model's side, nothing is spent and your buy still counts.
